
• FIRST, WET THE GLASS TO ACHIEVE THE IDEAL TEMPERATURE
• TILT THE GLASS SLIGHTLY AND HOLD IT UNDERNEATH THE TAP. OPEN THE TAP COMPLETELY AND ALLOW THE BEER TO SLIDE DOWN THE SIDE OF THE GLASS UNTIL IT REACHES THREE CENTIMETRES FROM THE RIM
• LEAVE THE BEER TO REST FOR A FEW SECONDS UNTIL THE HEAD HAS SETTLED
• WITH THE TAP HANDLE OPEN AT 45 DEGREES, CREATE A COMPACT HEAD OF FOAM TO THE RIM OF THE GLASS
• SERVE AT BETWEEN 2º AND 4º CELSIUS FOR THE BEST RESULTS
